train without strain: if u wish... the goal is to build without straining yourself at all, not even once........' e z p z cross country skiing '. (as easy as you wish it to be).... wax on... wax off.... push pull... u don't even have to break a sweat if u don't want to... take as many breaks as u want and get in shape without ever breaking a sweat......relax and breathe... no hurries! face the machine and square up your toes and grab the handles on beggining setting of 1. push pull.....upper body only....then do 20 reps...stop. get on the mahine now and do 20 reps... stop. rest. do 20 more upper body only....then lower...then build a routine as YOU like...less is more at this point...... do not strain yourself! it is unecesary to stain yourself! take your time... u WILL get in shape either way on this machine.
